Hudson Restaurant Week returns February 1–7, and Rail Trail Flatbread is bringing things back to the roots.

For one week only, our Hudson location will feature a special throwback menu with throwback prices, created exclusively for Restaurant Week. These dishes and prices are Hudson-only, making this the perfect excuse to revisit longtime favorites and experience a menu inspired by where Rail Trail began.

Throwback Menu Highlights

This Hudson Restaurant Week menu delivers bold flavors and classic combinations at throwback pricing:

Stuffed Banana Peppers
Four cheese stuffing, crostini, marinara, shaved parmesan, parsley.

Sweet Chili Calamari
Fried calamari, sweet chili sauce, fried onions, shallots and garlic, scallions, sesame seeds.

Teddy’s Salad
All the greens, cucumber, red onion, avocado, candied almond, lemon, olive oil, red wine vinaigrette.

Lamb Jam Flatbread
Garlic base, lamb confit, caramelized onions, artichokes, cheese blend, feta, beet pomegranate purée, supah funk, arugula, lemon coriander vinaigrette.

Prime on Weck
Slow-roasted prime rib, horseradish aioli, arugula, caraway and sea salt on a potato bun, served with fries.

A bittersweet, slow-sipping cocktail featuring rye, aperitivo and sweet vermouth. A nod to the early days.
