  • Mushroom French Onion Sandwich - A Rail Trail twist on French onion soup, pressed into a crave-worthy sandwich. Featuring grilled portobello, caramelized onion gravy, swiss and provolone cheeses, fried onion, and everything bagel spice, all pressed between golden sourdough. Served with creamy onion dip for dipping.

  • Nashville Hot Chicken Pita - Crispy fried chicken tossed in Nashville hot seasoning, balanced with coleslaw, pickles, and spicy honey mustard, all wrapped in a warm, cheesy pita.

  • Steak Bomb Flatbread - Inspired by the New England steak bomb sub. Built on a roasted garlic base with shaved steak, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a gooey cheese blend. Finished with lemon aioli, scallion, and crispy fried onion.
