As the seasons change, so do the menus at several MetroWest restaurants.

Rail Trial Flatbread Co., which has restaurants in downtown Hudson and Milford, changes its menu seasonally to be creative and allow for its guests to find something new to enjoy.

Restaurant partner Taso Vitsas explained that the process of creating a new seasonal menu is something the team enjoys.

"We change the menus seasonally, we definitely use seasonal products and it allows the team to be creative," Vitsas said in a phone interview.

This fall, Rail Trail Flatbread is offering sweet potato hummus with muhammara, port-soaked cranberry, falafel, roasted seed, parsley and pita. It will also serve a harvest squash salad, as well as hearty meals such as chicken parmesan and a meatball flatbread.

Detail-oriented but laid-back, wildly creative yet totally adaptable. I am an all-around creative force, specializing in web design, visual identity, brand implementation, photography, and more. My modern, organic aesthetic and knack for refining and elevating existing brands set my work apart from the crowd.

Design isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. I have an insatiable desire to learn, experiment, and continue to level up my skills and craft.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors, dancing at a concert, or diving into a new art project. I also foster dogs, though I’m currently taking a break to hang out with my first foster fail, Sinni (Mr. Sinister), a wild and wiggly 2-year-old pittie/shepherd mix. Oh, and I’m pretty fun to work with, let’s create something amazing together!
